I just purchased the FERMITIF NECK RENEWAL SERUM on line and really don't know too much about this product. I have used Revive moisture and eye creams for years and love them. I was surprised to see that this serum comes with a two ended brush. Doesn't using a brush just use more product? and do I have to use the brush or can I just work the serum in with my fingertips? I wish there was a short little video explaining a little more. I don't live near a major department store so I order most products without the benefit of a beauty consultant.: Hi Lorna, We appreciate your question. The dual-ended applicator tool is included in this product so you can use it for both the neck serum and the neck cream. Using the applicator can help avoid any skin tugging that may occur when using your hands to message the product in. This applicator tool also provides a gentle message during application when sweeping the serum in the upward motion. However, if you wish to not use the brush applicator when applying your Fermitif Neck Renewal Serum you may certainly do so and apply the product with your finger tips. We recommend applying 1-2 pumps on the neck and décolletage area morning and night using the brush side of the specially designed dual-ended applicator tool, sweeping in an upward motion. Follow with Fermitif Neck Renewal Cream SPF 15, using the spatula side to scoop the cream out of the jar. We hope this helps!
My neck wrinkles are vertical not horizontal. Will it help w/that?: Hi Andra, This product will help to firm, tighten and smooth the skin in your neck, so it will look better and lines will look diminished. We cannot promise it will remove vertical lines but it will definitely improve the look of them with consistent use. Hope this helps!
