***1. The promoter of the giveaway is RV Skincare LLC ("RéVive Skincare").
2. Employees of RéVive Skincare or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. The approximate prize value per winner is up to $1200. This is redeemable in the form of choosing 2 RéVive Skincare products that are visible, in stock and available on reviveskincare.com. Products will be mailed to each of the 2 winners separately from a RéVive Skincare employee or representative.
5. Contest begins on 2019-08-21 and ends on 2019-09-20. After this date there are no further entries permitted to the competition. The promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Contestants receive an entry by completing detailed steps of giveaway which include posting a relevant photo or video to their Instagram public account and having it visible through the end of the contest. This post must be a feed post and not a story. In addition to posting; they must include tagging @reviveskincare and #reviveradiance in order to be eligible to participate.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen at random, however the more posts that are entered per participant increase the chance of winning. Note that all winners are selected at random and the highest number of entries does not guarantee any compensation.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.
