Will I receive a discount with my subscription?
All subscription orders will automatically be discounted 15%! It’s a great way to save money on your favorite products and to make sure you never miss a day of your skincare routine. No other discounts will apply to your auto-replenishment order at this time during you initial order or thereafter. 

Do I get to choose how often I receive product replenishment?
Yes! You can choose between 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-month intervals. You can also change your subscription order frequency at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?
You must complete the initial replenishment cycle, and then after that you may cancel, delay, pause or swap your existing subscription for another product at any time.

Can I change my delivery address?

Can I update my payment method?

What if my payment fails?
We will retry your payment method up to 6 times and you will be notified via email. After the sixth unsuccessful payment attempt, your subscription will be deactivated. You may always reactive your subscription at any time by visiting your subscription portal or by contacting client_care@reviveskincare.com.

How do I log into my subscription portal?
You can access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.

Is every RéVive Skincare product available for auto-replenishment?
At this time, select products are available for auto-replenishment. This is subject to change at any time.

Can I redeem loyalty points on my auto-replenishment order?
Yes, you may redeem loyalty points on your first subscription order only.
