Slugging 101
Skin Slugging is a technique that layers an oil-based occlusive agent over moisturizer each night to lock-in moisture, prevent water loss and replenish and protect the skin barrier. The term "slugging" comes from the look it gives your skin, making it appear shiny and smooth like a slug's trail.
