This year marks RéVive’s 25th Anniversary and we’re feeling nostalgic! Since the brand’s launch in 1997 with the cult-favorite Moisturizing Renewal Nightly Retexurizer, the brand has expanded with new collections, partnerships, events and more. To kick off our 25th Anniversary, we’re joined by Founder Dr. Gregory Bays Brown to take a trip down memory lane and revisit some of his favorite moments with the brand. We take a look at everything from the brand’s start at Neiman Marcus, to Dr. Brown’s biggest public appearance yet!
Launch at Neiman Marcus
“One of the most memorable moments was when I first saw RéVive on the shelves of Neiman Marcus in March of 1997. It happened to be at the Boston store and I did my first public appearance after that, and surprisingly, had a number of clients! David Dodge was the Cosmetic Manager and a big personality, so he’d always help line up a number of clients.” – Founder, Dr. Brown
Neiman Marcus’ 100 Year Anniversary
“Another memorable event was attending Neiman’s 100-Year Anniversary at Conclave. I composed a song, played the piano and our entire team sang to the tune of You Made Me Love You, Neiman’s!” – Founder, Dr. Brown
Art Box Launch at Bergdorf Goodman
“One year, for the launch of Art Box at Bergdorf Goodman, we did a benefit for the Sloane Kettering Children's unit and the Housewives of New York were all in attendance!” – Founder, Dr. Brown
Public Appearance at Blooming, LA
“I did a public appearance at Blooming in LA with owner Sophie Kim when we launched our Peau Magnifique Ampoules. We did over $100K in sales that day, and it was my biggest public appearance to date!” – Founder, Dr. Brown
American Ballet Theatre Luncheon Charity Benefit
“I co-hosted a RéVive sit down luncheon charity benefit with Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg for the American Ballet Theatre on the stage of the Metropolitan Opera. There were many celebrities in attendance!” – Founder, Dr. Brown
