Returns & Exchanges
We will accept items for return or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your receipt. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Please Note: Empty jars cannot be accepted for refund.

Returns/Exchanges Restrictions
Only items purchased through reviveskincare.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchase from a store location will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
Damaged Shipments
If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.
Order Shipment
Orders will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship out same day.
Product Pricing and Payment Information
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for all states where we have a presence.
The prices displayed on this web site are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. A sales tax and shipping & handling charge will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and automatically added.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment online.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States of America.
